The greatest thing is to get started and keep moving and keep adjusting your actions as you go. People procrastinate because they don't want to do it for many different reasons: it may be fear of failure, it may be fear of what other people will think, you may not see the benefit as outweighing the cost and the amount of work and sacrifice you have to do to achieve it and then there is that think that you just don't believe that you could achieve it. Remember everything that you have ever achieved that was worth anything you had to work for and sacrifice for and you probably didn't do it right the first time but you kept moving in the direction of your goal until you achieved.
